"If you're thinking about working as a Support Specialist or anything IT related in this company, don't. ECi has alot of issues with there software products which in turn overwhelms the technician with cases. They have cases that are backed up for weeks or even months with frustrated customers calling every day waiting for someone to work on their cases."
