"I've worked with Eaton & Associates for just under a year now. It has been mostly a pleasant experience. Would recommend as a good starting place for a tech career."

"I worked for Eaton Corporation as a Technical Sales Engineer Intern for a summer term. I gained experience in working with Low and Medium Voltage Equipment and found that the environment was welcoming and helpful when questions arose."

"I have worked for Eaton from 2010-present. My time with Eaton has been rewarding. I'm saddened to leave great friends, teammates, and my work family. I am fortunate to have had the opportunity to be apart of the Eaton organization which has provided guidance in my growth and development. I will always have good memories of all the blood, sweat and tears of building quality products for our customers."

"Been with the company for about 2 years and I'm trying to find another job. The pay is very poor and there is little opportunity for raises or advancing your career. Management is oblivious to problems on the shop floor and when an issue is brought to their attention they rarely attempt to fix it. If you're a good welder you'll be better off taking your skills to another company."

"Been working for the company for around 5 years. Always preaches about how important safety is, but ignores employees when safety issues are brought up until someone is hurt. Management seems very unethical and will say and do just about anything to get their way."

"I found EATON to be a very exciting place to work in, as it provides ample opportunities for growth with all the fields it covers, and all the various products it offers."

"I worked for Eaton Energy Solutions for almost 4 years, after working for the company they purchased for 3 years. Eaton is a good solid company with management issues. Their policy of fast tracking their management trainees through 2 year cycles is very disconcerting for the core employees who are constantly wondering who is their upline report this year. The talent is great, the constant change can be non-stable. That along with infighting can cause people to loose focus. The group I was a part of was disbanded and people let go because this particular group did not respond well to the production style of accounting and recognition that the rest of the company does so well under."
