"Company is replacing senior employees with younger employees. They are a very stable company that is rarely affected by the economy or COVID-19."
"Willing to discuss in interview"
"This is an Electrical Sector division review. Be careful reading reviews because the work experience between the different divisions and subsets( and Eaton has a lot) varies greatly. Good benefits. Good coworkers. Upper management is a revolving door due to the Eaton management program that cycles teams through every 2-3 years so you end up repeating a lot of plans. Don't plan on much of a personal life if you aim to make it to upper management but the money is there. We need to invest in technology, specifically computer programs. A lot of time was spent on inefficient and outdated programs that did not have the multi-user capabilities and/or bandwidth to support the number of people that accessed the programs. After my time at Eaton, I spent time with another significantly smaller company ( 2 locations and 50 employees) and they had significantly better installation/ service flow chart management programs."
"I’ve worked for Eaton from 2018. I’ve found it strong company with almost 100000 employees all around the world."
"I work for Eaton Aeroquip in Jackson, MI. There are many clinics that are expected from a union shop, but the management team also has favor employees also. Be sure to be nice to management so you do not have to work as hard and can talk for 30 minutes at a time without consequence."
"Eaton is an international company that places a high value on strong ethics and customer relationships."
"Stuck in 1950's mentality. No structure or accountability for manufacturing processes."
"Overall, I enjoyed working at my Eaton location and worked for some great managers that truly cared about work-life balance."
"Average company with good salary benefits"
"Great place to work. I personally enjoyed the people and the business."
