"To include employees in a profit sharing opportunity in the future."

"Low pay, no avenue for upward mobility, very political management, low retention."

"Reward over achievers appropriately, stop encouraging mediocrity, pay for management training/MBA, show salesmen how to sell a solution rather than a product."

"I liked too many things about Eaton. The growth opportunity, ethical value and philosophy, and overall, they value their employees."

"Great company to work for but don't assume all Eaton locations cultures are same."

"I didn't like too much politics at work. Certain Eaton locations do not carry same culture."

"Management must ensure values being deployed equally throughout the organization. They need to deep dive to identify the gaps."

"No room for advancement. Too much negative company politics. More exec face time needed."
