"Very good company and top management. Good work life balance."
"Eaton electric is a good company but when it comes to paying rate it's not that good. It is a good place to work but it could pay you more for the job you perform"
"Eaton provides many great opportunities, the only problem is that their facilities are located in predominantly rural areas."
"I've been working with or for Eaton Vance Management for almost 17 years directly. I find the company's goals, culture and products to be top notch. Management is engaged and focused on the company's success, but not at the expense of its employees."
"I worked as a contractor for 9 months at Eaton. They gave me a variety of assignments which I enjoyed and they supported me throughout. I enjoyed the people I worked with, and my supervisor was excellent."
"I've worked for Eaton Aerospace for 3 years. While the work is challenging and the relationships rewarding, the Leadership ethics are rapidly deteriorating."
"Very great company to work for."
"I have worked for Eaton for almost 13 years. The managers were great and eager to help you be successful. Eaton is a great company with competitive wages."
"I wasn't impressed by anything working for Eaton. The building and equipment were extremely out-dated, as well as their production processes. They pay lip service to culture and employee well being, but after 5 years I saw quite the opposite. Management was a constant rotation, if any at all. The company completely failed to support the facility, and failed in their effort to reduce cost by sending some assembly to the new mexico and china locations. As a result our customers suffered, both with quality and delivery. The pay was pretty high though. And now that Danfoss has acquired the business they can hopefully restore the facility and provide the required support."
"I have worked for Eaton since 2015. I have been in 3 different positions. The benefits are great and are always some sort of event going on. I've had the best supervisors to work under, they all were pretty much fair in their own ways,"
"Although the engagement with all the production, engineering and maintenance people were great; upper management were only concerned about their personal programs to succeed, than the success of the plant as a whole."
"Eaton is a wonderful place to work. Very slow on hiring process. Some employees have worked here for well over a year with no benefits. Simply because they are contract workers. Eaton is in no hurry to change that. People are great to work with. Always willing to help you with anything."
"Worldwide corporation, industry leader, excellent company to work"
"I have been part of Eaton Corporation on and off for close to 6 years. I have been able to learn and grow as a professional."
"Great benefits however the grasp of technology and how to advance it is very limited at Eaton Vance. The manager's knowledge of technology and how to help developers are non existent or very scarce. If you are an A type, this is not the place for you."
