"Very poor career decision. No comprehensive understanding of contemporary manufacturing and even lack of understanding of 'why' their Kearney model plant of the sixties was successful."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Too many layers of division management and too much silo responsibilities. Give the primary location manager the authority to run the organization without so many combating division agendas from the different functions."
