"I wasn't given enough responsibility with the company, they also don't have too many entry-level positions."

"I would monitor the interns and get them more involved with meetings and discussions."

"Management at the Washington Works site has rolled over to a younger less employee oriented group."

"It is a very good company to work for just make sure you are in the dicipline your want to work in."

"The process for changing in projects is very long and time consumming"

"I suggest strem lining the change process and allowing more employee input to decisions."

"If referring to Dupoint, be prepared to not be appreciated for anything you do. Zero appreciation for any effort, and zero opportunities for advancement or otherwise."

"This company operates on the 'Good Old Boys' or Buddy system."

"Need a complete change. People who will make things happen, and not just keep you on a need to know basis."

"I enjoyed the stable nature of the job until NAFTA/GATT came along, and the branch I worked at and the machinery were moved to China."

"This job is no longer available. As stated earlier, the machinery was moved to China."

"Sometimes the product didn't flow well, and it made for an exhausting day or night."

"Management did a good job. They probably had difficulty supervising some of the workers."

"I love working with people.I enjoy learning new ways of securing a homeland security site."

"I have noting but good to say about the Dupont company.I am a Contractor and they treat their employees very good."

"Fix a few areas of the fence to better secure the site,add lighting in some key areas."

"Team work environment and ability to make decisions on the fly."

"My best suggestion is to expect less and you will receive more."

"People at the top often does not know what people at the bottom does."

"Share vison in a timely an clear manner, incentivate associate to share vision."

"I worked for Dupont do Brasil S.A. located in Sao Paulo Brazil for among 2 years. It was my first job and I was amazed about how the company cares about their employees. They are recognized for their security protocols which gives the employees the feeling of safety. I would recommend this company to anyone. Ultimately, though, it is a typical manufacturing company with its internal politics and engineering mindset which isn't always conducive to the creative out of the box thinker."

"I worked with DuPont Pioneer for 15 years. It was at first a warm and creative place. As new management was hired and more aggressive managers became more prevalent, the amount of work and the impact of the work became higher. On the other hand, care was not done in hiring these individuals as their ability to execute in a corporate setting presented many ethical concerns and the respect for people was based on a like-don't-like basis rather than performance based systems (which became corrupt)."
