"I've been at the company for just under two years. The culture is great and I love everyone I have worked with there. However, the company is shrinking at the moment and there is a lot of uncertainty at the moment. This has affected morale as headcount drops but the workload to handle the transaction work has increased."

At the end of my internship I elected not to come back to the company after I finished school because of an uncomfortable interaction I had with my manager about my sexuality. Overall I greatly enjoyed the work environment and company culture, but I was not comfortable with the control over my career that that manager would have if I stayed on."
