"I was working as a contract consultant. The hours were great! I learned a lot working with sales and distribution. I participated in upcoming sales software that most manufacturing companies will use in the near future."

"There was no room for advancement. This company rarely hires perm workers regardless of the titles. Because sales are down, the chances of becoming a perm worker are slim."
