"Great creative staff, including Account Execs and CEO. Overall, great staff of people to work with in general. Variety of client's projects to work on."

"Company has downsized to a skeleton crew of 10. Don't think they'll be interviewing anytime soon."
What don't you like about working at Doner?
"Work environment. Very corporate(located in a bank building), Cubicle workstations for most creative dept."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Nourish and encourage outside-of-the-box thinking. Let Creatives be Creative, Take teams outside once in a while(field trips, museums, etc.,) to spark creative thinking. Let people laugh out loud sometimes."

"Be willing to work really hard, long hours, and not get rewarded for it. Use it to learn and grow, but don't let yourself get stuck there too long."

"Difficult to move up, raises and reviews are rare, resistance to change until recently."

"To support your employees better and listen to what they have to say. Don't take credit for your employees work-give credit where credit is due. Pay them better and they will stay longer-turnover is too high."

"I enjoyed the experience that I received at Doner. I was quickly given much more responsibility than was initially anticipated, and flourished doing the responsibilities of the account manager."

"The company looked to hire from outside the company instead of promoting from within. Their salary was not competitive to the rest of the market."

"Management needs to realize the talent that they already have working in the company, and offer a more competitive salary."
