"I’ve been with Dominion Energy since June of 2017 as an intern and I was offer for a full time position for July 1st 2018 working as Project Designer and Project Management. I’ve learned and learn the residential and commercial projects for the full year and half I’ve worked."

"Worked for this company for over 35 years. It is NOT the company it was years ago. Doesn't have to be. Things change; employees know that. However this company's only focus is making money and Wall Street. It's very sad. They talk about work/life balance (LOL). They work the heck out of every employee to get every ounce of energy out of them; forget home life. I'm too old and too many years put in at this place to go somewhere else. Truth be told it's probably jumping from the frying pan into the fire if I did. I think most big companies are probably like this one. I can't wait to leave."

"Be ready to work in a stagnant company where you are told what your next project will be rather than asked, if you get to ever change projects."

"Little room for advancement or change in work/projects unless you continually push for it."

"The company should invest more in its employees in all divisions of the company, rather than just the latest priority."
