"I took a garage based business that was selling 2 guitar amps per month and I engrossed myself (as usual) and took the challenge serious so I could be at the forefront of one incredible guitar amp companies that rival Fender and Marshall amps. We were well on our way after 2 yrs but the owner did not want to expand production to fill the orders ASAP, thus we lost 9 retail stores and my reputation I made for myself was being tarnished, So I gave my resignation. I want to get back into my field.... Procurement."

"My biggest piece of advice for anyone is to just be yourself. We are all human and noone is perfect. If the chemistry is right, then you will get hired."
What don't you like about working at Kemp Communications?
"I believe multiple tools are essential to success, therefore I wish the Company could attain a few more additional sales tools so that all Account Executives could access additonal resources to be more successful."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"There are a few employees who need a little bit more training and nurturing to fully adapt to their position, therefore, I would suggest that they spend more time to assist those employees to become more successful."
