"Look everywhere else, I mean any place at all- there are no promotions, people stay in the same job for 7-10 years and there are management individuals who flat out lie all day long."

"If the corruption wasn't bad enough there is the huge incompetence of the support staff, virtually no resources and poor morale."

"Pay attention to what is going on around you, there are so many conflicts of interest, learn how to run a company in this century."

"Company really cared about everyone. From the homeless man that was around our parking lot to any other person, everyone cared about one another great environment."

"ALot of people did not understand the work we provided. We were a little before our time."

"We could make adjustments not normally allowed to make with a branded hotel."

"Understand core elements to the hotel and company."

"East Coast Kimpton does not share the same total value system of the West Coast Kimptons. Company may have grown a little too fast in past 5 years."

"Need to address massive amounts of turnover. Hard to claim best place to work when you see the amount of talent that goes through the East Coast region."
