"I took a garage based business that was selling 2 guitar amps per month and I engrossed myself (as usual) and took the challenge serious so I could be at the forefront of one incredible guitar amp companies that rival Fender and Marshall amps. We were well on our way after 2 yrs but the owner did not want to expand production to fill the orders ASAP, thus we lost 9 retail stores and my reputation I made for myself was being tarnished, So I gave my resignation. "I believe multiple tools are essential to success, therefore I wish the Company could attain a few more additional sales tools so that all Account Executives could access additonal resources to be more successful."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"There are a few employees who need a little bit more training and nurturing to fully adapt to their position, therefore, I would suggest that they spend more time to assist those employees to become more successful."
