"I get to work with customers and help them decide the best process. I work with their engineers and buyers. I have as much responsibility as I want. The management team I work with is really motivated."

"Imperative that you be an expert in your field, with proven results. You also need to have strong self confidence."

"The lack of growth (salary, authority) potential. ThermoFusion is a family owned business, and the top spots are taken by family."

"Management should spend more time understanding what each individual in the company wants, and help them achieve it (if its consistent with company goals)."

"The freedom to run with my own plans, and the culture we built. Open door and very cooperative company."

"Have at least 3 plans and be prepared to execute. I also suggest having a flexible mindset."
What don't you like about working at Bay Area Advanced Imaging?
"The industry is shrinking and high ROI is much harder to attain."

"Build your team on 'The Speed of Trust'. Look for the most cooperative solution and do not allow your ego to run your business."

"It was a raw start up experience and they quickly saw the benefit of expansion of services outside their geography. We started to acquire new support contracts, taking in an exhilirating amounts of profits at that time."

"As long as you are willing to work an honest day and be forthwright, they will treat you very fair."

"I was physically located 4.5 hours from HQ and that did not work well."

"I could not suggest anything different at this time except to pay close heed to promises made to customers and then do your best to live up to those promises."

"I was the boss and could run the business how I thought best and treat my employees the way I wanted my employers to treat me."

"Having to meet payroll every other week. Some weeks were better than others but that is the biggest headache of owning a business."

"Never start a business with your own money ever again! Find investors or partners, for sure."
