What do you like about working at Media Lantern?
"I liked so much about Media Lantern. It started with the CEO and worked on down to all the team members. The CEO taught me so much along the way and built up my self-confidence. He let me handle all aspects of management. This included client services, HR, business management and project management."
What don't you like about working at Media Lantern?
"That the founder did not want to continue funding this start up and decided to close the doors when we were beginning to show great profits and receiving repeat business."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"There should have been other ways to keep the business running and not abandoning the clients. Luckily, these clients did contact me and I was able to service them myself after the company folded."

"Virtual position. I am literally my own boss and set my own schedule."

"There are several positions across the country and they do try to promote from within."

"I receive little support for my division, as we are not the mainstream revenue flow for the company."

"Provide training and growth opportunties for the employees. Pay attention to work/life balance, as to many times employees are asked to give up free time with nothing in return."
