"The focus of this company is on the client, the employee and the caliber of the work it performs. Employees are treated with respect and are able to effectively do their work without micromanagement. The caliber of employees in this organization is unmatched! Everything here is on shore. Nothing outsourced to other countries. Just a solid, local, small business that is doing all the right things for it's clients and it's employees. Keep up the great work!"

"It will take some time to learn the pharmaceutical/healthcare research environments."
What don't you like about working at Answers & Insights?
"The environment is a little negative for my taste. Also, I feel like more could get accomplished here if we managed our people properly without making them attend numerous meetings weekly."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would suggest to upper management to let the people that they hired to do their jobs. I love feedback but I was hired for my experience in sales and management. I feel like our President is a controlling person who has to have his hands on everything."

"Know your stuff and be flexible, never over sell yourself or ability, but never underestimate what you can accomplish. Transferable skills are great."

"It was a great place to work, but it largely depends on your department and supervisor. The Division of IT is a great place to work- good leadership, vision and the management cares about the employees."

"The pay was not competitive and there were restrictions on how big of a raise you could get if you were promoted."

"Increase the pay and make it so that employees who are promoted receive significant raises."
