"I loved watching students grow in their programs; going from very unskilled to very skilled and ready for employment. I loved making goals to support student population and the health of our campus. The challenging part of my job was DOE scrutiny and the uneducated assessment of what we do at a campus level."

"I loved the autonomy I was granted in directing the Admissions Assistants department and the spirit of cooperation of all the departments within the college. I loved the success my department achieved in bringing the students needed to support the college. I did not "hate" any aspect of the college or the work. I was concerned when we were unable to influence a student to visit the school to look at the options available to them for their future."

"Suggestions I would have for management would be to create succession plans for employees. Allow employees to provide feedback and participate in creative development."

"The size of the company doesn't allow for growth within the company in my field."

"The people and ability to influence prospective students on the importance of a gaining a degree."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Do not interview with this college. They are trying to grow to fast, to soon and think you will grow a college by simply adding buildings or a piece of land."
What don't you like about working at St. Catharine College?
"The VP of enrollment and Dean of students doesn't have a clue about how to influence current students and proactively run and admissions/FA area of the college. She is very overbearing and doens't understand how to accurately forecast enrollement, but she is a master manipulator of the higer ups."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"FIRE HER! She has been responsible for the college losing 10+ epople in the last 4 years. 3 DOA's in 5 years. GOOD LUCK!"

"Learned a lot! The training was good, but not consistent."

"Make sure you know 100% what you're getting in for. Ask what happened to the person before you. Ask about the typical turnover of the position you are applying for."
What don't you like about working at Charter College?
"The way they treat people from the top down. They do not really care about their employees."

"Take a good look around and at yourself. Is it really ok to use people"

"The intensity however that was getting people into the correct career for them , and that s very motivating."

"Be prepared for anything , leads are received and whether you think they are good or not you need to just buck up and say nothing . In my time there I enrolled 90 students which is half thre population now ."
What don't you like about working at The Salter School of Nursing?
"They had no idead how this school ran the nursing program is run by regulations , and they dd not unbderstand them at all m they just wanted to run it like all the less career forecased classes , since nursing is a license , you must meet the criteria of the license"

"Talk to my staff understand why they were having not only a ggod , but why they were having a bad day."

"The team environment, when I would do well it was recognized."

"Be yourself and relaxed. Hiring managers can pickup on nervousness and it doesn;t helpto be like that."

"Theconstant shifting of teams pursuant to the layoffs which severly affected the work environment."

"Management needed to bemore hands on and also stand up their team members who inherently are responsible for their quotas."
