I loved the success my department achieved in bringing the students needed to support the college. I did not "hate" any aspect of the college or the work. I was concerned when we were unable to influence a student to visit the school to look at the options available to them for their future."

"The people and ability to influence prospective students on the importance of a gaining a degree."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Do not interview with this college. They are trying to grow to fast, to soon and think you will grow a college by simply adding buildings or a piece of land."

What don't you like about working at St. Catharine College?

"The VP of enrollment and Dean of students doesn't have a clue about how to influence current students and proactively run and admissions/FA area of the college. She is very overbearing and doens't understand how to accurately forecast enrollement, but she is a master manipulator of the higer ups."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"FIRE HER! She has been responsible for the college losing 10+ epople in the last 4 years. 3 DOA's in 5 years. GOOD LUCK!"

"Learned a lot! The training was good, but not consistent."

"Make sure you know 100% what you're getting in for. Ask what happened to the person before you. Ask about the typical turnover of the position you are applying for."

"The way they treat people from the top down. They do not really care about their employees."

"Take a good look around and at yourself. Is it really ok to use people"

"Be prepared for anything , leads are received and whether you think they are good or not you need to just buck up and say nothing . In my time there I enrolled 90 students which is half thre population now ."

What don't you like about working at The Salter School of Nursing?

"They had no idead how this school ran the nursing program is run by regulations , and they dd not unbderstand them at all m they just wanted to run it like all the less career forecased classes , since nursing is a license , you must meet the criteria of the license"

"Talk to my staff understand why they were having not only a ggod , but why they were having a bad day."
