"Do not interview with this college. They are trying to grow to fast, to soon and think you will grow a college by simply adding buildings or a piece of land."
What don't you like about working at St. Catharine College?
"The VP of enrollment and Dean of students doesn't have a clue about how to influence current students and proactively run and admissions/FA area of the college. She is very overbearing and doens't understand how to accurately forecast enrollement, but she is a master manipulator of the higer ups."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"FIRE HER! She has been responsible for the college losing 10+ epople in the last 4 years. 3 DOA's in 5 years. GOOD LUCK!"
