"Get out from behind the desk and find out what your management team is really doing. Stop the petty bickering among yourselves. If you can't act as a team, then how do you expect your employees to do so."

"You will gain valuable experience and knowledge with Xenos, but do not plan to settle into a long career here."
What don't you like about working at Actuate Xenos Group?
"I never felt that my position or the positions of my coworkers in the Dallas office were secure with Xenos. Also, I never considered myself or my coworkers appreciated on the level that they deserved. I attribute this to the fact that Xenos is a Canadian based company and they have a habit of acquiring American companies and slowly dissolving the American based assets in favor of moving everything to Canada."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Learn to appreciate the assets that you have. Saving a few dollars in a particular fiscal quarter to give the shareholders a good report is detrimental to your shareholders in the long run. If something is working, stick with it rather than wasting time and resources trying to reinvent it."
