"Expect the unexpected. If you have the ability to learn and adapt, it's a good place to be."

"There is very limited growth potential in the given environment. The only way to go up, is out."

"Some of the suggestions I made have been adopted already, which is gratifying. Further suggestions, would include more consistently following an approach/methodology."

"Great benefits, I can work from home, the office is nice."

"Be prepared to talk in jargon. Lots of old school educators resistant to change or Ivy League drones without personality at the top."

"Micromanagement runs rampant. I've been working hard and getting results, yet still haven't been awarded the opportunity to move forward in my career despite repeated attempts."

"I would honor employees' contributions to the organization more often, and encourage their professional growth within the organization."

"GE is a great company and the senior leadership team has excellent vision. The compensation is competitive and there is growth potential."

"GE is a very unique culture. It is necessary to learn the GE way and adapt."

"In order to grow and be promoted the culture suggests that relocation is inevitable. All of the senior leadership are Transplants and it is understood that if you want to grow a relocation will be required."

"Constant payroll issues and deception from management made for a short tenure."

"I would suggest the CEO only hires people he can actually afford to pay consistently and on time."
