"Know what you are doing. In general not too bad."

"Complete lack of vision. No planning. Fairly crappy benefits. A lot of politics"

"Have a vision. Know where you want to go. Then people will actually follow you"
What do you like about working at Keep Tahoe Blue?
"The people and the location; being at Lake Tahoe is beautiful, although my office is not there."

"Don't bother; they probably won't be around that much longer. This organization may have fulfilled its usefullness."
What don't you like about working at Keep Tahoe Blue?
"Everything else, especially the board of directors, is horrendous. There is no plan, no clear roles and responsibilities, and too much garbage to go through all the time."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Learn how to lead, create a strategic plan that is used, create a tactical plan to drive towards the strategic goals, and reward people."
