"Just be honest during the interview process. If you lie and are hired because of certain qualities, then can't perform as you stated, it is going to make for a very uncomfortable situation for you and your employer."

"There was nothing that I disliked while serving in the Navy."

"Trust your people. You need to teach them and give them the opportunity to grow and learn from their mistakes."

"he people, the challenges. this is an ever changing environment, challenging and always interesting."

"Show value and enthusiasm. Have a goal in mind for what you want to achieve, do not plan this as a long term carreer. This is a great company to start your career at, you will have allot of responsibility and opportunity to lead many projects."

"Limited vision, poor leadership team. Lack of appreciation of entrepreneurship. Lack of reward for high productivity, initiative, revenue generation."

"Reward accomplishment, reduce employee turnover. Pay attention to real team building and team leadership."

"I like having responsibilities for leading my department, and being able to merchandise new products utilizing space planning and marketing skills as well as interpreting and setting with planograms."

"Be willing to work hard and must be detail oriented."

"There is very minimal technology which makes many tasks and time spent counter-productive."
