"It is a great place to work. I have worked for 31 years at Grindwell Norton Limited."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Materials Function is a very important activity. I have been asking the Top Management to give sufficient attention, support and focus to this function. The cost savings achieved by Materials Function is directly added to the bottom line (profit;) but to make this profit by Sales, the Sales should be increased by 10%."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"No. They were closed down as an operating division. Loans were transferred to another division within Deutsche Bank."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Simplify processes. Develop lending guidelines with greater detail to identify exceptions. Too much exposure to Hi-Tech and not sufficient diversification in other industries."

"Dave and Busters offered me a chance to define my leadership style and grow as a manager."

"I enjoyed working with the people and the different tasks that were done from day to day."

"CMH is laying off the Space flooring people, so they're people keep the jobs and the space people end up eating it."

"look at what your doing to the people, your over working the people who you consider dedicated... when the market gets better everone of them will run..."
