"Management was really good. But being to friendly and going out with your employees is not always a good idea. People try and take advantage of you takes a special boss to be a friend outside of work hours and a boss in the plant."

"the abilty to work with people that were very much into there work as much as they are into having a great relationship with there coworkers."

"everyone needs to make a living in life , and there will be times you put long days into the job you have to make it run smoothly."

"Layers of bosses and big bosses who know everything and need no collaboration from their employees"

"Retire and replenish especially the IT management with people from other industries who understand best practices."

"Remain flexible. Do not get locked into not keeping you eyes open for other jobs should they present themselves to you."

"Job security over the last 10 years was not there."

"Hands on managers need more control to right the ship. Not all engineers make good managers!!"

"As the company started to implode, management became tense and unreasonable. I understand the stress they were under and I helped the best I could, but it wasn't much fun."
