"The only issue at DelphI Chassis was the union, it would be hard at times to get someone to assist with a work assignment."

"Lock the conference rooms. Remove MS Powerpoint from all computers. Move all HQ offices to the factory floor. Roll up your sleeves and get to work making the manufacturing processes better."
