"The independence of the job. I liked being able to manage my own routes and planning them to be the most efficient."

"None. Just make sure you have a good driving record and that you are drug free."

"I didn't like how the boss was never around. She wasn't around to manage her employees."

"Just to physically be there more than a once a month check up. To help get a handle on a few things. I feel that things could of ran a little bit smoother."

"lots of overtime worked lots of weekends required hundreds of miles of driving and working with angry customers alot."
