"The management will almost always tell you they know better. If you do your job and do it well, you get told that, but the actual rewards for doing a great job are few and far between... if any."

"Day in and day out I am expected to do the same exact thing with no variety and minimal interaction with anyone else. My work feels worthless and unnoticed 99% of the time."

"Focus more on employee morale. Find ways to get better benefits to employees even if the profits take a hit."
