What do you like about working at Samaritan's Purse?

"A great group of people working for a great cause. Working in a Christian environment was exceptional. Even though the work was rather mundane and not challenging, the people made this experience awesome."

What don't you like about working at Samaritan's Purse?

"A few glitches in communicating procedures for handling donations made life a little more difficult as data entry people received improperly processed batches and we essentially had to redo the work as we entered data."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Spending a little extra time ensuring people are trained correctly will save a lot of headache down the road. Maybe a buddy system for new people to work with experienced people until they're confident in what they're doing."
