A few critiques: you don't get paid time off for the first fiscal year you work here, the schedule is pretty inflexible unless they need something from you in which case you must be very flexible."

Depending on the Practice Manager, the way you are treated as an employee can be precarious at best. Though the catch phrase is "culture of caring", that is not necessarily the culture."

"It is what you make it, but having all those letters behind your name is the only way to be impressive. Bachelor degree employees are totally dissed."

"Very isolated, not appreciated, lack of support and help and very frustrating."
