"It is what you make it, but having all those letters behind your name is the only way to be impressive. Bachelor degree employees are totally dissed."

"Very isolated, not appreciated, lack of support and help and very frustrating."

"I would give more support to the workers, not just the professors and docs."

"I would say Dartmouth is a great place to work if one does not mind being in the middle of nowhere. That being said if you are associated with the hospital or college, and have a family or children, it is a very nice location for those concerns."
"I worked as a Senior Clinical Secretary for 14 months. Wage does not equal experience. There is often not enough work to keep you busy throughout the day. Depending on the Practice Manager, the way you are treated as an employee can be precarious at best. Though the catch phrase is "culture of caring", that is not necessarily the culture."
