"Dartmouth-Hitchcock is the largest employer in New Hampshire. They have an outstanding CEO but the opportunity for promotion is limited."
"I worked as a Senior Clinical Secretary for 14 months. Wage does not equal experience. There is often not enough work to keep you busy throughout the day. Depending on the Practice Manager, the way you are treated as an employee can be precarious at best. Though the catch phrase is "culture of caring", that is not necessarily the culture."
