Its headquarters in Columbus, Indiana employs hundreds of interns every year from the top colleges in the United States. This provides every intern a chance to learn from and ultimately network with numerous students that have both technically and culturally diverse backgrounds. Numerous opportunities that accustom the interns with professional tools, workshops that are meant to enhance leadership and communication skills and a chance to interact with the CEO ensure a holistic and thoroughly professional learning experience. "In my position as Field Service Power-Gen Field Support Supervisor, I provided support for 7 Field Service Power Generator (FSP) technicians in 3 separate locations Cedar Rapids, Des Moines, and Rock Island Illinois. My duties included providing coaching, training management, and performance management. I provided Job Safety Observations (JSO) on the job sites to promote a safe environment and identify potential risks and concerns. Conducted a weekly safety briefing every Wednesday morning with all techs to include the use of Skype online. Develop and Maintain customer relationships focusing on continuous improvement and customer satisfaction. Provided mid-year and end of year feedback and provided peer reviews for compensation and bonuses. In the first year, I covered most of the state of Iowa and part of Illinois totaling 43,000 miles on a service truck free of traffic violations and accident-free."
