"I've worked at Cognizant Technology solutions since December of 2017. I have worked with great minds and learned alot of things with that being said there is no room for growth for a Caucasion American within that organization. As prejduce as it sounds it is the truth, you have zero room growth if you are an american national. but east asian coworkers flourish with promotions and salary raises, yet i have worked hard and diligently for the past 26 months with zero credit given, zero approvals and no reward for my hard work."

"Nothing like that. Because in terms of growth visa reorganization, on time promotions happened at the right time."

"They are good in all aspects. One point want to address here is still they can be more transparent."

"Nothing in cts was fun. They don't give promotion/increment unless u ask, even though one does a great work."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"u dont know what exactly u want. try to recruit good programmers. A guy who knows java and doesnt know how to write programs is useless"

What don't you like about working at CTS Corp.?

"They just dont worry about employees career. All they want is to complete the work. They dont care if employee learns. Talent - work mismatch. After working for 3 years, when I came out, people were not ready to recruit me as they felt that I did not work on latest technologies. Moreover, highly talented guys were asked to do testing."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"when people work, promote them before they come and ask for it. why beg for promotion"
