I have worked with great minds and learned alot of things with that being said there is no room for growth for a Caucasion American within that organization. As prejduce as it sounds it is the truth, you have zero room growth if you are an american national. but east asian coworkers flourish with promotions and salary raises, yet i have worked hard and diligently for the past 26 months with zero credit given, zero approvals and no reward for my hard work."
