"I didn't have as much control as I would have liked over what I taught because the content was predetermined by the course instructors."

"There are no raises! Salary is negotiable when hired, so go big."

"My boss micro-manages the office but does not do any work. He focuses on appearances."

"The biggest downfall was that not enough resources to go around. It took almost 4 weeks for us to get a server."

"I think having good and friendly people plus enough resources to go around is important. It creates a positive and agile working environment."
