What don't you like about working at California State University?

"Working 70 out of 72 hours on a lot of weekends is difficult. Constantly traveling all over the country is fun but tiring and takes me away from home."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I think that my boss does an excellent job of managing the team and if I were in a similar position I would model her work as closely as possible."
