"To be a teaching assistant, first, become a graduate student. Second, get to know the professors. Third, find one that needs a TA. It is that simple."

"I didn't have any complaints. I thought the pay was fine considering the simplicity of the tasks I had to do."

"It was a great learning opportunity. CSUMB had been setup with IT as the backbone from the beginning. As such, managing and deploying technology was intuitive."

"The mentality that employees would develop after joining the union and working for more than a year. The idea that, I'm a union worker, you can't tell me to do more than what's in my job description!"

"Opportunities are great! There is no limit to growth factor."
