"Aggressive hourly employees, HIGH TURNOVER Management as well as hourly employees. Long hours because of call-outs (management as well as hourly employees) No Life work balance, scheduled meetings without no consideration of management that worked off-going shifts, meeting sometimes canceled with no notification. No growth potential, some tenured management employees not paid on current scale (underpaid) while new management members are giving higher salaries coming in the door. Theft of personal property and lunches is the norm if you leave them in the common areas. Unresponsive upper management as well as HR department to ongoing security and safety risks. Night-shift employees coming back from lunch under the influence of drugs and sometimes alcohol. Unsafe Work Environment."

"If you're up to making money and you're a very hard worker, C&S has great opportunities. The drawbacks are that you really have to prove yourself on the job. If you slack off, you wont' get far. If you push it, you have to work at least a year to get recognized and even then you'll merely get a pat on the back."

"Overall it's a great company but that doesn't matter when you get paid peanuts. It's unfortunate that some positions are payed so horribly, especially when people work their butts off and do all they can to get noticed for a higher position. People here are just greedy and only care about themselves. As a college graduate with student loans, an apartment, bills, etc... how does this company expect you to support yourself and family by making $12 an hour?"

"Management needs to be more active and not just sit back and wait for things to happen. If they were more proactive, less things would go wrong."
