"I have worked for ATG about 3 years. It is a fast growing, constantly changing company. The good: Fun work environment, great benefits and some flexibility. Your progress is only limited by your imagination. The not so good: It can be hard to move up if you are not very political, changes come so hard and fast that it can be fatiguing and feel a little arbitrary. It can be a little hard to do your job when you use a lot of tools that don't talk to each other. Some departments are a bit clannish. Opportunities: Make the company more attractive to younger workers. While consumer-side technology is pretty good, the employee user experience needs some rethinking."
