"They have a complete lack of ethics. They preach to follow policies they themselves don't follow. Upper managment has no clue how to manage people. They pile work on the good employees to the point they run them off. And they reward less dedicated employees by giving them easier work. Completly backwards of how it should be."

"Take some managment courses. Listen to the employees! After all they are the bottom line when it comes to profits."

"I enjoyed managing a case load of our members with chronic illnesses like COPD and CHF and providing education to help keep them out of the hospital and reduce their cost if able"

"I am not sure of the stability of the program, there are changes daily."

"We were not really allowed to self manage out members even though we showed results. Management was starting to micromanage."

"I would suggest trusing their nurses that they hired to do their job until there is reason not to."

"If they had perhaps looked at their overall needs in the near future 45 CM's could have been utilized in other projects rather than just closing this division."
