"Give the attitude that you work extremely hard and long hours and do not expect any extra compensation or recognition in doing so. They want you to work long hard and for as little money as possible. If you really need the job go for it"

"lack of opportunities to grow, Review goals can be changed by management, and you do not have any real options but to accept them. Management mantra if you do not like what I do then leave"
