"Difficult to speak for all managers, but I feel that if my manager cannot perform my job or has never performed my job, then they do not need to be in a management position. Some managers had favorites and was difficult to work in that type of environment."

"The rumor of hand turning over in this place is phoenomenal, not to mention the latter CEO left for that reason. bad money managing, difficulty retain employees, termination of the wrong employees, This place is completely backwards. You should check for yourself."
