"CECO is a very challenging company and being a public company that traded in NASDAQ, I was able to prove my skills in managing financials timely amd accurately. WE had an audit at year end by a rspectable accounting firm."

"Being a public company, the revenue was set to a very high level to meet the expectations of the shareholders and this puts pressure on everyone when the target sales are not met."
