"Band width. Interacting with customers. Personal sense of gratification for a job well done. The ability to introduce change promptly. I was given alot of lattitude. They were very supportive. Provided continuous training for all people."

"There wasn't much about Applicators I disliked. I received recognition for my contributions. Occasionally they went too far accommodating some customers."

"Company gone through many changed ownership. Equity based management group limited working knowledge of market."

"Listen to suggestions from staff, service and construction technicians, as well as, customer service reps."

"Demand market value compensation up front. Be specific as to work life expectations from management."

"Skip the interview unless you just need money long term this is not the place."

"You are expected to work 24/7, if not in the office then remote from the laptop."

"Figure out a real business model that makes real money, not rollover funds to cover current obligations."

"Continental later merged with CNA Insurance and technically no longer exists. However, luckily, CNA is also a great company in a terrific location - Chicago."
