"Great company with good opportunity. Due to software issues, anticipate 12-18 hour work days."

"They were in dire need of technological upgrading and much of their reporting, accounting and financial operations were driven by old out of date (8 version out of date to be exact) point of sale system and in ineffective implementation of an ERP system which, in effect, make the process longer for financial reporting and placed an over burdensome amount on Microsoft excel."

"Really the technology aspect was the biggest and most pervasive issue."
