"The growth opportunities are limited, and it's not a job in my desired field."

"They are in a tough position, stuck between employees and upper management. My suggestion is that when tough decisions are made that affect employees, they should be honest and explain why the decision had to be made."

"Low pay, inefficient processes, no company culture, very old school style of managing."

"More flexibility with employees working from home. Promote people by merit/ performance, not just by longevity. Give employees an incentive to work harder and stay with the firm. Happier employees work much harder and for longer."

"The cultural representative program at Epcot encourages fresh new ideas. There's a spirit of adventure at my location and the vitality of the crew makes work lots of fun. Since I started at the company a year and a half ago I have been promoted twice and given the opportunity to train new cast members. My increased responsibility has provided me with the chance to develop professionally and improve my interpersonal and communication skills."

"Tourism isn't the career path I plan to pursue long term."

"No need in wanting to advance in this company. You are great until you want to move up and on, then you become the problem employee. The people are horrible to work with, no integrity. Upper management does not know how to manage. Upper management gossip too much and act out of emotion instead of business reality. Directors, managers etc befriend staff and gossip out of control. This has been going on far too long and nothing has nor will be done about it. It is the culture of the company. Hateful and evil people are in abundance at K-S."

"Realize that you are adults in a business world. Behave like it. Gossip will take you no where."

"The treatment of employees and the disregard to how the employees feel given their working situation they are in or what might be going on in the work place. It has a good ol boys feel to it all."

"relax the appearance guidelines and offer tuition reimbursement for employees wanting to improve upon themselves and wanting to work for the company."
