"I love that I am free to do my job and to adjust my hours as needed to fit my life (within reason). I have to say I love my manager too. He is the best I've ever had and will truly miss him once I'm gone. I hate that people think I can use magic and produce parts upon request."
"I did enjoy what I did figuring out problems and helping people. I really didn't have hate for this job. I did prefer the system and technical side of things and that's what made me pursue a degree in Information Technology. I would love to find a position that is a combination of the travel industry and IT based."

What do you like about working at Dorsey Schools?
"Watching students grow as individuals and succeed in their chosen fields."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Ask about employee benefits and turnover rate. Instructors are contract employees and have no job security or benefits at all. The pay is unfair. We had medical doctors making less than medical assistants with no formal college degrees."
What don't you like about working at Dorsey Schools?
"Company completely lacks ethics. They will do or say anything to meet their numbers. Treat employees with a total disregard of professionalism. The turn over rate is extraordinary. I had eight different managers in a five year span."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Corporate interaction is lacking. There is minimal support and awful communication."

"The company has decent health and dental benefits and a 401K plan."

"Avoid positions with Freight Services and apply for positions within Aerospace or Driveline."
What don't you like about working at GKN Driveline?
"Freight Services has someone who is always driving the employees away. She has been doing it for years and she will be there until someone slaps her and the company with a lawsuit."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Management should start valuing the employees and stop micro-managing and the new VP needs to come back down to earth instead of always thinking everything is so high level."
