"Non profit healthcare, having a job, having decent benefits, small pontential for bonus."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"It's true, the grass may not always be greener on the other side, but the grass is dead at Northside - maggots wouldn't even come near this hollowed ground. You would be better off living off the land or on food stamps than to take a position working for the spawn of satan. You will rarely get the support that you deserve from management, the benefits package gets worse with each passing year, you will perpetually be repremanded and expected to learn job specific functions with bare-bones instruction, and what training you do receive will be lacking at best. Run as far away as possible!"

"Poor leadership, department leaders are given no true authority, lack of trust from senior/executive management, no support from upper mangement to mid-level management, too few ongoing educational offerings, not able to take time off, no sense of work/life balance, poor support from HR, hostile work environment permitted and promoted by management,"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Loosen up, take care of your people and they will take care of you (bring in profits), offer and promote ongoing leadership education, learn to listen - your way is not always the best! Support your mid-level management team, trust your mid-level managers/coordinators/supervisors, don't prohibit staff from developing meaningful working relationships, support department and leadership growth through off-site training and development opportunities, don't overwork your your hardest workers, show appreciation in more than a bonus, treat subordinates with respect, 1 hours lunches EVERYDAY vs 45 minutes! less restrictions on time off - staff up to support unforseen challenges, don't rely on PRN employees."
