"Good benefits, generally good training, although we were always running into situations for which we received no training, tuition reimbursement."

"Don't unless you can't get anything else. Even then, take everything they say with a grain of salt."

What don't you like about working at Convergys?

"Cronyism, Management seemed to throw all these requirements out, and then make it as hard as possible to meet them. Also, management would sometimes outright lie. HR totally worthless. All the calls where I had to deal with problems caused by other agents."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Mass resignation."
