"I like the rotating shift schedules, the colleagues, the supervisors and the nature of the job as I am inclined to customer service."

"The applicant must be committed to customer service and issue resolution and should be conscious with time management and reliability."

"Metrics are too often updated as required by the client so there is a need to adjust frequently to the style of service delivered."

"There really is nothing that management can do since it is a client requirement so there is a need for consideration just in case metrics would drop because of the adjustment."

"Do not release employees because you have a quota"

"getting to work and speak with a variety of people, with a variety of problems."

"not getting to follow through with the client you were working with if they had to call back."

"make the calls about solving the problem on the first call instead of getting them off of the phone the fastest."

"Good benefits, generally good training, although we were always running into situations for which we received no training, tuition reimbursement."

"Don't unless you can't get anything else. Even then, take everything they say with a grain of salt."

What don't you like about working at Convergys?

"Cronyism, Management seemed to throw all these requirements out, and then make it as hard as possible to meet them. Also, management would sometimes outright lie. HR totally worthless. All the calls where I had to deal with problems caused by other agents."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Mass resignation."
